Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee that will need to be paid before rebooking.
100% of the appointment will be charged to the card on file for a no call no show.
What if I'm running late?
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are running more than 15 minutes late it may result in a shortened visit at full price or having to cancel the appointment with the cancellation fee. If I'm running behind, I will let you know prior than 15 minutes before your appointment.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
To reschedule your appointment online, you will need to cancel the appointment you are needing to move and request a new one.
Can I bring my kids or friends to my appointment?
As much as I love your babies, my space is not child friendly (and let's be real- they get bored so quickly and will probably drive you crazy) so please arrange child care for your appointment. Not only is it safer for them, it'll also give you some time to relax!

I work in a small space so I ask that you do not bring extra guests with you.
How do I know what to book?
Check out my service menu to see what I offer! If you have more questions or are still unsure, fill out my super quick and easy consultation form! Making sure you book the correct appointment is super important to make sure we have enough time for your goals!
Is dirty hair better for my appointment?
Despite what you've heard, dirty hair is not best for coloring your hair. The build up of natural oils and hair products can actually make it much harder for the color to do its job. The best way to come to your appointment is with clean hair how you normally wear it so I can get a good idea of what's going to suit you best!
What if I don't see an opening in your schedule?
My schedule opens up 8 weeks in advanced. If you don't see the date you need, make sure you're checking within that 4 week time frame. If you don't see anything that works for you, add yourself to my waitlist! My waitlist is how I keep track of who to contact when there's an opening, so add yourself and your requested day so you can be the first one I ask!
What's your re-do policy?
If you are ever unsatisfied with your hair, please let me know within 7 days so I can get you back in for a complimentary adjustment. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds of any kind. Please note, adjustments are only offered on services that were agreed upon and delivered as requested. If you changed your mind on what you originally wanted, you will need to rebook an additional appointment to make changes.
