I cannot wait to have you in! I know coming to a new salon for the first time can be a little intimidating so I made this to help answer any questions you might have. Below is all the information you might need so you feel the most comfortable when you come in.

Leading up to your appointment you'll receive messages from Square to confirm your appointment. Please confirm within 24 hours of your appointment.

The day of your appointment you'll receive your Appointment Customization Form that will be texted to you. This only takes 2 minutes to fill out and must be completed at every appointment.

Before your visit
Dry, clean hair
The best way to come to your appointment is with clean, dry hair. It's even better if you can come with your hair styled how you usually wear it so I can get a better idea of what you like. Please make sure excess dry shampoo or root touch-up sprays are removed before your visit to ensure even results.
dress comfortably
Appointments range anywhere from 1-3.5 hours and I want you to be comfortable. Please avoid bulky necklines, like hoodies or turtlenecks.
Payment methods
All major credit cards are accepted. Venmo/ Zelle are not accepted. Cash may be used but changed cannot be made.
Parking & Arrival

Postscript Hair Studio is located in Queenston Salon Studios. The building is nestled all the way in the back of the office park. In your Appointment Customization Form will be a map to help you get back to the building. There is plenty of parking available for the building.
Have a seat
Once you've arrived, you can find a seat in the front lobby. Send your name letting me know you're here to (832) 906- 7725 and I'll be out as soon as my room is ready for you.
Policies
no guests, please
My suite is on the smaller side and does not offer room for extra guests. As much as I love little ones, children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
CANcellation & rescheduling
All cancellations/ rescheduling will need to be done through my online booking site. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours will result in a 50% rebooking fee that will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
late arrivals
If you are running more than 5 minutes behind, please let me know as soon as possible. Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without any adjustments to pricing. Guests running more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and rebooking fees will apply.
adjustments
I'm always striving to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your color or cut, please contact me within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional cost.
